Support Coordination is a Division-funded service that assists individuals in gaining access to needed program and State plan services, as well as needed medical, social, educational and other services. BeBold would work with you, your family and carers to explore different ways you can exercise your choice and control. To also help you communicate about how you prefer your supports to be delivered. BeBold would assist with finding providers who can meet your needs.

This service is to provide training to employees who are working with Individuals with Disabilities. This service will help decrease turnover rates, decrease Incidents which involve Abuse & Neglect ,and help employees improve their quality of service assisting the most vulnerable population.
